After witnessing the inefficiencies present in schools, we sought to create solutions to the problems both we and our parents encountered. We wanted to create a system that provided parents and administrators with peace of mind. Our desire led us to create a system where transparency is the norm and where parents and administrators have a clear picture of their student logistics system at all times. Our ultimate goal is to work with administrators to make their schools safer and more efficient, all while eliminating pain points.

A simple and user-friendly platform, Cariina works to increase the safety, efficiency, and transparency of school logistics systems.

Cariina is a suite of operations tools that help K-12 administrators streamline the day-to-day processes that run their schools. Our vision is to be the backbone to how every school on Earth is run. We do this by creating solutions to improve the everyday tasks for administration running the schools behind the scenes. As a small team we are eager to grow and take the market by storm!

We are searching for an Account Executive that has a successful track record of Ed-Tech SaaS sales who brings a unique skillset and willingness to grow!

What You’ll Be Doing...

As an Account Executive at Cariina, you’ll apply your unique talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills to create the ultimate experience for our customers. In this role you will:

  • Manage a pipeline of high-value prospects and close business on a monthly basis.
  • Demonstrate the benefits and solutions Cariina’s platform provides our prospective customers.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with prospective customers.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the management team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to translate market feedback to imperative action to further Cariina’s product development.
